User accounts
Q: I seem unable to create an account, what am I doing wrong?
A: The probable issues here are either that the username you have chosen is already in use or, more likely, that the username and/or password you are trying to use does not comply with the format we require:
Usernames must be between 8 and 12 characters long
Passwords must be between 8 and 12 characters long and must contain at least 2 uppercase alphabetic characters (A-Z), 2 lowercase alphabetic characters (a-z), 2 numbers (0-9) and 1 symbol (!"$%^&* etc. BUT NOT &,* or ?).
Q: Why the restrictions on the characters making up my password?
A: Many people given free reign use passwords that are simply too easy for password hackers to crack especially now that password cracking programs can run so much faster on modern computer hardware. Also some people like to use the same username and password for every site they visit which while convenient and easy to remember isn't particularly secure as if they become public domain for one site they do for others too. Therefore we insist on a mixture of uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols to ensure that the password selected is both secure and is unlikely to have been used elsewhere.
Q: Why is your user account creation and login procedure different to many other sites?
A: In order to streamline how our sites work we chose to use a single 'global' login for all sites including Fantasy Vault (our online galleries and videos download store) which has the added feature of you only needing to remember one username/password for our network. We use a better form of user account authentication than that used by most sites and as such the account creation process needs to happen on the site before the payment transaction occurs via the selected payment processor as opposed to as part of it like many other sites.
In addition your account never expires although access to members areas of our sites will when your subscription expires, but when you sign up again or to a different site in our network you just use your existing account.
Q: When I log in to one site I seem to be logged in to all other sites in your network even though I don't have access to those sites members areas, why is this?
A: As explained above the sites use a 'global login' to log a user into all sites in the network at the same time. This streamlines how our sites work meaning you have the same account for any members' areas you are subscribed to and for any purchases you have made from Fantasy Vault (our online galleries and videos download store).
Q: Why does my user account session expire after a period of time?
A: In order to prevent other people being able to access your account by using the same computer as you (e.g. in a public or shared environment) your session will automatically time out if not accessed for more than an hour. This means that under these circumstances when you return to one of our sites you will get a 'session expired' message and will be prompted for your password in order to login again.
Q: How do I retrieve my password if I forget it?
A: Should you forget your password you can either contact the payment provider you used to purchase your subscription:
CCBill customers - click here to retrieve password Epoch customers - click here to retrieve password
or you can contact us and we will reset it for you (please allow up to 24 hours for a response).
NOTE: Do not ask your chosen payment provider to change your password as this will not work with our 'global login' system. If they cannot retrieve your existing password them please contact us instead.
Payment Systems
Q: What payment providers do you use?
A: Currently we have two payment providers.
CCBill for credit card, bank account and telephone billing. Epoch for credit card, debit card and uKash billing.
Q: Do you get to see my card details?
A: No only the payment system providers receive your card or bank details.
Q: Are your payment systems secure?
A: Yes all our payment system providers use encrypted secure links to obtain your card/bank details.
Q: What details will appear on my credit card statement/bank account against the payment?
A: The only details that will be printed on any bank or credit card statement against a payment are those of the payment system provider e.g. CCBill or Epoch. The site name and any other details pertaining to your purchase are not shown on your statement.
